Our specialty! A wedding weekend at The H5 Ranch is the greatest experience you and your family can have in Idaho.
This 3 night, 4 day stay (ex: Thursday morning to Sunday evening) gives you full access to The H5 Ranch, the Ranch House, and the Howell Family Barn.
We offer many wedding weekend packages full of activities, add-ons, and items that we guarantee you cannot get anywhere else.

We boast 4 unique ceremony locations. You’ll fall in love with all of them, so be ready for a tough decision.
Which one speaks to your soul?
Lakeside
Nothing is more romantic than a ceremony next to water.
At Lakeside you’re isolated from the noise in one of the Rocky Mountain’s many alpine lakes.
This beautiful ceremony site offers multiple picturesque views and most importantly, shade!
Hilltop
One of the greatest views in Idaho.
Hilltop is a 270 degree panoramic view of southern Garden Valley and the beautiful mountains that surround it.
Ideal for fair weather, Hilltop is our highest producer of timeless photos.
Mountain Meadows
The H5 Ranch rests at the foot of Garden Mountain, and it’s time to show it off.
Mountain Meadows captures the heart of The H5, and it’s also the closest site to the Howell Family Barn. Ensuring your day follows the planned timeline.
Ideal for fair-weather, and this site is the only one that requires no transportation.
The Cathedral
A wedding planners dream. The Cathedral is a sacred location within the very tall forests of The H5 Ranch.
The most ideal spot for singing songbirds and a trickling creek. This site is serenity.
With many tall attachment points, the only limit is your imagination. The Cathedral also features shade so it’s ideal for year round ceremonies.
We provide special weekend packages for those with a guest count of 25 or under.
While there is a slight discount, the main differences feature a reception inside the Ranch House, and the ceremony location can be approved for almost anywhere on the property.
Luxury Elopements
Barn Weddings
A staple from vintage Americana! Barn weddings capture those rare feelings of heritage and homeliness. The Howell Family Barn is no exception.
This Barn meets every want and need you can think of. And on top of that, it has all the luxury accommodations most barns live without.
A Barn Wedding is included with every non - elopement package. (Even if your reception is tented, this space is available to you). (250 guest capacity).

The most remarkable locations at The H5 Ranch are not always easy to get to.
For ceremonies and many activities, we’ll offer you tractor rides and golf carts as a means of getting you to these gorgeous spots.
Important Info
The Ranch House
During wedding weekends, the Ranch House can lodge between 15 to 32 people depending on the party type. There are 7 bedrooms with a queen or king sized bed, and 1 room with a queen and two step trundle. As well as a 7 full sized beds in the bunk room.
The Ranch House also has a pool, game room, library, sun room, art room, gym, porch and multiple patios and more great spaces!
The Ranch Property
The H5 Ranch is a 200+ acre property at the foot of Garden Mountain. It backs up to over 30,000 acres of public land, making exploration limitless!
The H5 Ranch features every type of Rocky Mountain setting from dense forests to alpine lakes to open meadows and plenty of trails perfect for walking, running, and ATV’s.
We also boast the best views in all of Idaho.
The Howell Family Barn
The Howell Family Barn is our main event and gathering space. During your time here you may use this space in anyway you please!
We also have some amazing spots in our meadow for a tented reception. You always have a choice at The H5 Ranch.
